ReBranding La Piê
MagmaWave, in association with it’s strategic partner WebWorking, just completed a rebranding project for a group of Piadina shops here in Torino. La Piê, a quickly growing group of shops now preparing to franchise came to us for assistance with their communication.
We advised them to use new media tools to reach their customers and potential franchisees, and with the team at WebWorking, we were able to help them unify their branding, and create a simple friendly look that is adaptable to many uses, from signage to t-shirts, from packaging and wrappers to web communications.
With the team, new wrappers were made for the shops, and now a clearly identifiable orange La Piê wrapper can be seen adorning delicious Piadinas in Torino.
We love the ricotta, sundried tomato and eggplant Piadina for lunch on our terrace. MMmmmmmm.

Our Basic Video Product
We are asked what kind of video we can produce for clients, be they a sandwich shop or a large media company. It all starts with telling your story in an effective and attractive manner. We create a short one minute video that tells your story, using your voice, and natural light. With license free music (no royalties!) and the appropriate editing we can tell your story, explain your product or service in a short form video that is perfect for the web.
Here’s an example of a simple video that we did for Sorriso Veloce. We chose to use a straightforward moment with the Doctor explaining her services.
We also use as a model these videos from TurnHere (we are a registered producer with them).

And lastly a little bit form our web hit, LateNiteMash, now archived at TheMash.tv
let us know what we can do for you!
LateNiteMash to TheMash.tv
MagmaWave’s hit internet show is moving to TheMash.tv. It first appeared in 2006, and over 40 episodes and a million views later, it wrapped it’s internet version. A mainstream media version is now in development. With the community from latenitemash.com, it was a pioneer in making new media with a community providing essential parts of the show. From the opening graphics, to music and video segments, LateNiteMash fulfilled it’s promise with Comedy Music Stars and You. All before YouTube. The archives are now available at The Mash.tv, with video hosting from our strategic partner Blip.tv, another online video pioneer.
My Westerners
We just completed a little piece of Web 2.0 Marketing for The Westerners. In association with our friends at WebWorking, we completed a MySpace page makeover for this new indie band quickly and at a low cost.

Making of “The Good and the Evil” 7 minute version
The custom in Italy is to produce a making of and promo at 3, 5 and 7 minutes. Here is the 7 minute version that we worked on at MagmaWave for “Il Bene e il Male” or “The Good and the Evil”. As you can see this is a film quality series exploring crime and cops, and good and evil.

Young Entrepeneurs of Torino
Yesterday we had a great visit of a group of “Giovani Imprenditori di Torino” or The Young Entrepeneurs of Torino. Amedeo Perna of WebWorking brought this great group to visit us. They stopped by the MagmaWave office for a hello before dinner. There is great entrepreneurial energy in Torino, and we are glad they stopped by.
